Yeah the whole NSW vs QLD thing was going in Rugby long before League stole it for SOO. Used to be an epic thing for Rugby at Ballimore years ago in Rugby.

Why should Aussie Rugby back him? Aussie Rugby should be interested in AUSSIE RUGBY not personal players opinions, and definitely not when it becomes "political". We've herd enough. He's employed to play rugby not make a future career for himself as a politician.

I agree, rugby Australia decided to intervene and demanded a please explain then issued this :Rugby Australia then chose not to sanction Folau, Castle saying: "In his own words, Israel said that he did not intend to upset people intentionally or bring hurt to the game
So they have made a meal of it because now they are in the middle of it
It will be sad if he leaves the code over this, seems you can only have an opinion if it suits gay/women/ethnic groups these days
