Will get them for you. I think the X2 ones are same as XU1 and the 186S ones are the same as GTR (auto choke pipe in one of them). HD/HR X2:7428493 front 7428495 rear HR-HG 186S and LC GTR including XU1: 7433655 front 7430583 rear LJ XU1 lists a bit different. Uses the 186S rear one but an X2 front one which is what I expected LC to show, but it doesn't. Unless the LC catalogue is in error. 7428493 front 7430583 rear Edited by user Saturday, 2 May 2020 1:22:35 PM(UTC)

I've always suspected the LJ XU1 front exhaust manifold was from HD/HR X2. A 742**** part number seemed like it would be mid 60's vintage. I'm surprised though that HR 186S would have the same rear manifold as HKTG 186S, LC 82911 and LJ XU1. I thought HR 186S would be the same rear manifold as the X2 RPO.

The HK-HG 186S is identical to HR other than sump. I don't think much else if anything changed.
I'm not sure what changed in the rear one between X2 and S onwards, there will be some minor reason for the drawing number change. It may well be a revision during HD/HR X2 period rather than a change for 186S, when you see drawing/part number is a couple of 1000 lower than the revised one for the front for 186S. It may just be a change to give more clearance for a nut or something like that. |

It is the angle of the rear manifold outlet for connection of the exhaust pipe that is different between X2 and 186S. I expected the exhaust system on the HR would have remained unchanged between X2 and 186S but changing the rear exhaust manifold for HR 186S meant revisions to the engine pipes were also required.
