Hey,

Would anyone have dimensions of the exhaust side of an EFI head? Bolt spacings/port dimensions etc.

I'm hoping someone here has it from old literature etc.

Thanks!

I’ve got the VL EFI and VN service manuals, not sure if in there?

Greenie..
had a quick look at several factory manuals I could quick lay my hands on and....
there is nothing on these dimensions in either the VN on EFI engine manual
or the VL EFI or VN Grp A SS engine manuals.

But a quick answer from left field is... grab an exhaust gasket.
It will show you the bolt hole spacings and the port sizing

That would be too easy, none are accurate enough for what I need to do and I don't have a lot of wiggle room for oversized bolt holes and ports to cover bad dimensions.

I measured up a head instead. The CAD guy at work will draw it up, eventually.

Took 5 minutes to find drawings of any yank engine I cared to look for, the poor old holden, nuthin'

I have some VN stainless headers hanging in the shed too if that helps.

Thanks for the offer, I have plenty here to work with.

CAD guy made a start so I'm slowly moving forward.
