Can anyone tell me the length of the spacer or spacers on the outrigger mounting bolt? I couldn't get the bolt out as the spacers were frozen/rusted onto the bolt. It was eventually hammered out requiring repairing of the hole in the tie rail. It had 2 spacers on the bolt of equal length. I seem to recall that the 2 spacers were of unequal length? I haven't been able to find the dimensions anywhere? Also, the other mounting bolts spacers have rubber around the outside. They are currently at the top of each spacer and touching. From memory they should be spaced apart further along the spacer?
TIA.

Just Compared HG & HK parts catalogue the part # are the same. See page 240 of the HK parts Catalogue.
Includes sizes & measurements . The HG bolt and lock nut are listed in a separate section to the HK parts Catalogue.
Same part # though.
There is a very handy exploded view of the X member components in the Front Suspension section, section 3, fig. 3-2 of the HK Shop Manual

Thanks Flem. I have a text only HK Parts Catalogue but no HG Catalogue. I received an email from a friend showing Fig 3.2 out of the Green HK Book. He says the spacer is three quarter inch OD half inch ID and one and a quarter Long. I assume the two spacers are the same length? I didn't see any measurements on the drawing he sent me.
Thanks.
