G'day I have a mate looking for EH bucket seats, & they seem to be getting hard to find, & expensive. Basically looking for frames, so they can be custom trimmed. I am wanting to find out how close HR seats are to EH, if they can be altered to look similar, do they fit or need different runners?
Also is there any sort of blueprint /drawing, etc of the original measurements available? Any advice would be appreciated, thank you

EJ to HG bucket seat will all mount in the same spot with the same bolt pattern.
The only real differences are some height variations, trim variations & of course with & without recliner &/or fold forward mechanisms.

You should be able to find HK to HG A50 buckets for a reasonable price, they are not able to be advertised as “Monaro” so aren’t as valuable as the flip forward examples. Haven’t seen any for sale for a while though but I used to see them regularly in HK-HG sedans when I used to snaffle consoles, dash woodgrain etc out of them. |
