Is it possible to tell from the below tag if this VH is an SS? Also is anyone able to decode this tag?

XV2 is the PO number for an SS. It is also a 5.0 V8 4-sp manual.
Interior trim is Dark Claret (Cabernet Tweed) & the exterior is Maranello Red. Both are good for a VH SS.
