The conrod bearings on the 253 I'm rebuilding are stamped:
Holden R5J RM50U
Does anyone know if these are standard or oversize ? Rgds.

They should have a 3 digit number on them if they are under size, like 001, 010, 020 etc. I reckon they will be STD. A simple measure of the journal will tell. |

Thanks HK. No 3 digit numbers on them. I suspect they are standard. Pistons are standard. I would measure the journal but cannot find a spec in the manual. Any idea what it should be ? Rgds.
