Were bucket seats, floor shift and console available as an option on base HZ Panelvans?

Yes for bucket seats and floor shift. I’d have to check but console shift may have been optional as well, I think that started in HX.

It looks like for HX M11 console shift was available on M70 and M80 with XS6 (buckets), but not on M60. It does look like on all except for cab-chassis if you close XS6 you had to have either D55 (seat separator) with column shift or M11 with 4spd or T-bar. However some time during HZ it also became mandatory on cab-chassis if you chose buckets and a 4spd you had to have console shift, OR you could option console shift with M40 or M41 and buckets but it would be standard with column shift and seat separator.
