Maybe a question for the good Doctor/Guru, with the HI/HK/HG original hub caps. (not like the rares spares $600 ones)why were the inserts of the chrome hubcaps painted Black/Red? Was these colours related to models/years. Thanks in advance for any help and Merry you know what. |

Red centres for HK and HT monaro caps, black centres for HG monaro

Thread resurrection from 12 years ago, i am refurbing some hubcaps for my HK kingswood can someone please confirm the colour(red) does anyone have a paint code or name. Thanks in advance.
