Last Saturday I hoping to swap a Turbo 400 Speedo gear I had purchased a year ago because when I went to fit the gear I discovered it was not the correct one required.
I was told by the Bayswater store it was not possible to exchange the item due to the sales terms on the back of the receipt.

The gear had not been used and was its original packet with the receipt provided.
I have spent many thousands of dollars with Rare Spares over the years, the one time I wish to return something I am told I cant due to store policy.
Well take it from me RS your policy SUCKS, considering you guys are in the restoration parts business. I would expect you to understand that it can take some time from when the part is purchased to when it is used or fitted.

I would appreciate if you could pass on my comments to the powers that be, within your company and see if this policy can be changed.

It would be good to get my $35 odd bucks back on the second gear I had to buy due to your policy.

What do the sales terms on the back of the receipt say? Rares have always been fair with their returns policy.
