whats the best way to wire up a thermo fan to a switch so i can turn it on and off inside the car ??
were is the best place to sorce the power ?? need help can some one help thats done this to there car

Best Place is the fuse box(power on ignition)switch is fine ,but you can get temp operation as well (or both) and run a separate fuseable link in the power line just to be sure.just my opinions.Instructions are in the kits arent they? i dont have a kit i brought the thermo it came on its own without instructions i all ready have a switch dont want to use a temp unit just need to know how to wire it from switch to the thermo ??? and were to get the power from ??? cheers shaun

power from fuse box to switch other wire from switch(with a fuseable link for safety)to the thermo,other wire from thermo to ground.

The fans are going to be right near the battery so i would put a fuse holder and fuse in line and take the power straight off the battery. Then you can use a relay in the engine bay and the thermo switch on the radiator to turn it on and off. If you want a override switch in the cabin you can earth it at the switch and only run a single unpowered wire into the cabin.  James
