Best Place is the fuse box(power on ignition)switch is fine ,but you can get temp operation as well (or both) and run a separate fuseable link in the power line just to be sure.just my opinions.Instructions are in the kits arent they?

The fans are going to be right near the battery so i would put a fuse holder and fuse in line and take the power straight off the battery. Then you can use a relay in the engine bay and the thermo switch on the radiator to turn it on and off. If you want a override switch in the cabin you can earth it at the switch and only run a single unpowered wire into the cabin.
