I have rust in my plenum chamber. To be honest whats the best way to attack this? taking the dash out is going to be expensive. So im thinking, try and get all the rust out myself, use fish oil and rust converter, then try and bog it all up?

If you're going to keep the car, do it properly, you won't regret it.
When the rust comes out again in a few years, you will know you should've done it right the 1st time.
