I have rust in my plenum chamber. To be honest whats the best way to attack this? taking the dash out is going to be expensive. So im thinking, try and get all the rust out myself, use fish oil and rust converter, then try and bog it all up?

Hi grantalex.

If you're going to keep the car, do it properly, you won't regret it.

When the rust comes out again in a few years, you will know you should've done it right the 1st time.

Don't be afraid of pulling the dash out. Just screw all the screws back to where they came from, and those that won't put them in jars/bags and mark them. However as others have said, you can't repair HQ-WB plenum rust from underneath. Either the cowl has
