Need Help Please Removing HQ Coupe Seat Recliner

Could someone please tell me how to remove the plastic top cover on the bolts that hold the back of the front seat on? I've got the plastic ratchet off and the bottom cover then fell off as its broken but I can't see how to get the top one off as it looks to have a screw holding it on from inside out. I need to get it off to tighten the bolts up for Rego as a socket won't fit in the holes.
Any help would be greatly apreciated.

Get yourself a cheapy 1/2 inch socket in 1/4 or 3/8 drive and grind it down to fit the hole in the plastic.
Thats how i've done it.

Thanks for that I'll give it a go, it beats breaking the plastic cover.
