hey everyone, for the first time today my vt decided to grind when i shifted from 1st to 2nd. and again from 3rd to 2nd. it didnt seem to do it once i had stop - started a few times, or when i was going very slow. any opinions?

Sounds like your syncro ring is worn you can try doubling the clutch and matching the revs
