I have a VN wagon here with a sports exhaust but I found a VR sedan that will be much easier to register than my wagon. So will my VN's exhaust fit the VR or do they have different bends etc?

No, the wagon has a longer wheelbase, so the over axle bend is further rearward.

Also there are a couple of generational changes from VN to VR, so I doubt any of it will fit.
