Is there any reason why there is no replacement clock lens in the GTS lens kit? I now have great looking speedo tacho and cluster but my clock looks crap...

These lenses have never been on any of our wish lists and simply got over looked; I will chase up a sample and have them quoted.

Unfortunatley these things can take anything up to 6 months. However the factory is starting to do the tooling and that usually takes about 45 days. Then they have to make a sample and send it for approval. If OK they then produce the item.Due to the small size we will get some posted out once we have approved the sample. We will let people know when they are available.

Cheers thanks for the reply.....by the amount of failures of these clocks would it be hard to remanufacture the entire clock???? or other gauges in the GTS dash?

I had my clock guts replaced with a VB-VH dash clock guts. Used the original hands , lens ,face. The adjustment knob hole had to be enlarged to accomodate the different offset and the second hand ticks now instead of the constant movement. The Lens really needs replacing to make it look really shmick

Recieved the rares spares "trial test" lense today! Looks a fits perfectly! Nice and snug when i tried it on a hz gts clock. very impressed.

Sounds like it wont be long and we can all replace those broken lenses!

They will be sold separately for a while for those people who have already purchased the lens kits; they will also be sold in kits. As for price that depends on the Aussie dollar at a guess around $25.00.

Les. aprox $25 i think is a BARGIN going on how good they looked. Good Work! I thinkits defently a goodidea to sell them seperate to the kit. as lots of people wouldnt bother to do the other lenses because the clock one is always the broken one!

cheers
