hey guys just a quick question, would a 465 holley be good a stock to mild auto 308?

Probably, but nowhere as good as a Rochester Quadrajet.

If you mean DUAL fuel (LPG & petrol) then you are better to use a double pumper Holley, at least 650 cfm.

My personal preference on older (carby) V8s is to go dedicated LPG with a quality mixer in place of the carby itself. Simpler, neater/better appearance, easier to tune, much better performance etc. etc.

465 holley on 308 ?. not really
they are only just adequate on a 253.
go for a 600 or 650 holley if you cant afford a decent Quaddie.

WANTED:
-2 14 x 9.25 CSA style Centrelines.
-2 x 15 x 8 Dragway centrelines
Old holdens brought on the spot, quick decision, cash paid.

never use petrol anyway
just for emergency
i have a holley 500 and it runs well

if i want to go stright lpg i have a gas research one
complete kit
cost me $900

its for sale as well
