I require new shocks for my VT exec, only I want to go the whole hog and have it lowered about 2cms, camber kits, news springs etc. only i am troubled by which type of shocks to get. I know Pedders have a good reputation, and Monroe is a well known name, but when it comes to choosing between the two I am at a loss. I know lowering comes at the expense of a good, smooth ride, but is there a middle ground?

Aren't Pedder's shock made by Monroe? Or is that an Urban Myth?

Hi all,
I have had my 2 HQs done by Pedders. All I know is that the labour costs a bit, but sure saves my time and tooling. The 4door corners like its on rails and the Prem wallows the way you want a Prem to wallow. As for the shocks I dont really care
