HQ-HJ stubs and calipers. Swap to other side so that calipers are on the front. Probably fit new discs, new wheel bearings and rebuild the calipers whilst you are there. New discs arent very dear and come with bearing races as well, about $60 each. You could probably order them with HK stud pattern too if you want!

Fit HQ rear wheel cylinders off a front disc car (cheap as chips new).

HK-HG disc brake booster to suit your car, and pedal to suit if yours doesnt work with it.

HQ disc brake master cylinder.

Probably get new front brake hoses and rear brake hose made up while you are at it. Bebco Automotive in Sydney make these to order. They can rebuild your calipers too, and Terry keeps original HK-HG or HQ style master cylinders in stock fully rebuilt, or just get a new PBR one.

Blow the lines out with air, and bleed it all up with new fluid. If you cannot bleed brakes get someone who knows what they are doing to help you, as you should always do with brake stuff.

Id just buy them new. About $50-$60 each with bearing outer races.
