Does anyone know the easiest way to install a later model GTS dash into a hq.Is the only way to change the bottom of the bulk head so the later will fit to the original mounting points or is there another way?

Cut and remove the whole HQ dash steelwork and weld in HJ-WB steelwork.

As has been stated. Its a fairly large job. If you want everything to line up perfect.
You will have to go to the HJ-WB crash pad, glovebox, everything. May as well put in the HZ wiper switches also. Unless you want to run the HJ setup.
Your steering coloum will need the bottom platic cover changed also.
Cheers Jason

Jim, wiring is easy if you just use a HJ harness!
