Hey Rig, did you forget to tell us about the drive home, or did I miss it?
Naa it was too bloody hard. I had to organise mechanics and parts and flights and a couple of mates and along with all that I ended up with a bad cold for a couple of weeks and that screwed my plans right up. In the end I just got TOLL to deliver it for $1050 The lights and wiring was pretty dodgey too and I've spent the last 2-weeks fixing and replacing all that. Its all good now and I'm very happy with it.

Will be a memorable adventure which ever way you go. Rather than turning right at Sydney and going west inland, Continue south from Sydney via Goulburn on to Canberra to Cooma along the MONARO highway .Yes thats the highway the Monaro was named after. Carry on south along the Snowy Mountains Highway, pause about there, a half hour detour you will be in the high country on the top of Australia, could even do some snow skiing if that sort of thing excites you. Plenty of beautiful country along the way and there's heaps to see and do in Canberra if you want and it's not any further out of your way to travel. Just another option that's all. Record every sound and picture along the way, don't worry about cutting editing and deleting anything, thats another adventure when you get home. As I said, you'll enjoy the drive which ever way you go, best of luck.....Jack

I'll have to save that trip for another occasion, the cars home now and in my garage. Trucked it instead.
