Hi fellow fastlaners any ideas on what these stamped markings on the ends of 308 heads mean 11 j 89 any help appreciated

Probably a reconditioners reference number stamping.
V8 Heads usually had the cast date in the middle top.
Could stand for 11th of September 1989.
