Hi Guys. Saw this article this morning. Very sad. http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/88672Dr Terry _________________________________________ When calculating a car restoration budget, be as accurate as you can & then double the final figure. It will be closer to the truth. |

Vale Tom Walkinshaw.
Another fantastic contributor to Australia's rich tapestry of motorsport history and unique musclecars passes.
Whether we like it or not his legacy is a brand (HSV) which is now more iconic than the great HDT brand. I can imagine that right now, soomewhere up there, two blokes are having some passionate discussions about just who built the best VL "Group A" Commodore!....Hopefully over a coldie or two.
One might have been quicker than the other.... and one looked more like an homologation special.... but we all know who built 'em first.
If there's a Motorsport Heaven there'd have to be one hell of a race.
8 F1 World titles. 10 Bathurst wins......HA!HA! Grafton Speedway Club Rookie of the year 2006...True....
