They're completely different companies.
If you want a good quality balljoint then the first thing you need to look for is a single piece Cold Forged heat treated ballstud.
Most of the cheap stuff are hot forged.
From what I've been reading TRW and Raybestos are on parr or better or at least more consistant than MOOG balljoints.
I'd be going for the US made Raybestos (Spicer/NAPA/McQuay-Norris) before MOOG.
Affinia Global Brake and Chassis re-branded its Spicer Chassis parts under the Raybestos name a couple of years back.
Like Spicer, Raybestos have two grades of ball joints, Service and Professional grade.

Upper - Raybestos professional grade 500-1009
Lower - Raybestos professional grade 505-1009
Upper - Raybestos standard grade 500-1009B
Lower - Raybestos standard grade 505-1009B
