hi guys

i am considering a set of roller rockers for my engine but i dont know much about them.

what are the benefits of a roller rocker (is it just less friction etc in the head)?

and also do i need to remove the head and have it machined to fit or can you buy bolt on roller rockers.

some of my friends have these but have had to get new rocker covers and have the head machined which im trying to avoid as the engine has just been asssembled (i know i should have considered this earlier.)

Yella Terra do some bolt-on rollers (stealth range, I think). You may still need a higher rocker cover (as they are quite chunky little items).
