hi guys
i am considering a set of roller rockers for my engine but i dont know much about them.
what are the benefits of a roller rocker (is it just less friction etc in the head)?

some of my friends have these but have had to get new rocker covers and have the head machined which im trying to avoid as the engine has just been asssembled (i know i should have considered this earlier.)
cheers
