Luke, you can use any bonnet off a HK to use on your GTS. They are all the same. Obviously Belmont had no studs or holes for the stainless mould. GTS would have three badge holes on the outer skin, drivers side.

The bonnet you refer to with the three large oblong holes at the front underneath on the passenger side are for all HG (except GTS obviously).

HT had the holes for the 'HOLDEN' letters in the centre.

As HKTG has said they are different on the underside. They have extra holes in the frame to allow access for the different badges on different models.

Factory HT bonnets have 6 small oval-shaped holes (3 equally spaced either side of centre) behind where the H-O-L-D-E-N letters are mounted on the forward edge.

Factory HG bonnets have a large oval hole behind where the Kingswood, Premier or Monaro script badge is mounted on the passenger side forward edge.

A factory HK bonnet will have neither of these holes.

Terry, HG normally have 3 x large oval holes under the badge location, but Luke and Jack will get the drift when they see one.

just to add to that HT prem & brougham never had holden lettering or holes on outside skin, although th 12 round holes are in th inner.

all HG bonnets also had 11 extra holes on inner to accommodate th clips for fitting of under bonnet insulation (as HT & HK were only glued on)

Only in the skin. The badge used the push in retainers. On HG the badges had speed nuts. Therefore as I said before, you can use any HK bonnet for a HK GTS, just add holes.
