anyone know what station the radios were on when they left the factory

Radios weren't standard in those days in any model, most were fitted at the dealership.

You did say "original cars" did you not with nothing altered changed replaced on them? That collection is a real credit to you so how come some of the input here that isn't quite right?

Greetings, It was the ABC. Australia's Best Car station, what else? The real answer though is in the radio owner manual. Amazing what you learn when you read books that come with your car.
