On the GTS coupe is there a correct location for the glove box light?

original compartment has a cutout on RH side to fit globe holder. i dont think th rarespares ones had th cutout

It depends on which model series you've got there, HJ & HX have theirs on the LH side.

[/quote its approx halfway btween front & back, & about 15mm down from top. but it would be an awkward hole to cut out. ive always had plenty of good original ones, so have never tried. youl also find that th mounting holes wont line up either simon took this issue up wit les ages ago & i think theyve rectified it now ya should take it back & exchange for another one. apparently th ones they sell now have th hole cutout. regards DD www.bellarineclassicautos.com.au
