Is there and easy way to change the bushes on a VS Commodore "Z" bar

The ones in the control arm need to be pressed out.

The ones in the crossmember can be replaced with 2-pc ones at home easily enough.

You need to cut away some of the exposed rubber at the front face you can see (on the front of the K-frame outrigger). I use a hacksaw & utility knife. You don't have to cut it all out - just slice segments off around the perimeter. Once you have removed a good 5-10mm from the outer diameter, thump the centre with a hammer, and the bush will usually pop through.
