From memory it is a 32mm hole, and you'll have to do it before the engine goes in. The cable also gets supported by a clip that screws through the floor on the passenger side. I can probably get you a scan of a parts catalogue showing you the support, but you'll need to view a car to find the spot for the firewall hole.

Luck of the draw I guess.
		Attn camry drivers. The accelerator is the skinny pedal on the right.
