Where the rear suspension leaf spring shackles mount to the rear of the rear chassis. There is a D shaped cup that is welded to the chassis.

Is this D cup available as a replacement part/ panel section? I cannot see it anywhere on the Rare Spares website.

I doubt it, cut one from another chassis.

The problem is these D cups have let go. Need a good firm pair. New or second hand

How soon do you need to have them?
I would have some I can cut from a chassis but won't be able to do it until mid next week at the earliest.
