I have installed a B&M Pro ratchet for my turbo 400. I have also bought a B&M Selector bracket assembly kit. I have followed all instruction on the packets in regards to setting up the shifter and gear selections. I can get the box to go into every gear except Park. Have i set something up wrong or does it sound like i might have the wrong gearbox selector bracket/arm?

Any help on what might be wrong or how to try set it up correctly (if thats the issue) would be appreciated.

Regards,

Out of interest where have people routed their shifter cable in a HQ for a T400 box. I'm using a 5ft cable and have had to do a loop under the gearbox crossmember, now it shifts pretty freely (could be better though) but i'm not keen on the idea of it being able to be snaged, knocked or chaffed on a speed hump or whatever.

the best cable is the longest one, mine is routed like a big "S" with as gentle radius as the cable will allow and for a lousy megashifter its really damn smooth.

I cable tied the cable under the crossmember where the mount access bolts are to keep it off the exhaust, and slipped fibreglass sleeve over any part of the cable that was near the burny stuff.
