Hi, I have a 4/74 HQ Prem 6cyl. Did it come out factory with a beware of fan label on the fan cover on the radiator? Also how would I know which letters if any were stuck to my radiator? Where are the letters positioned and would anyone have a photo of it on their car so I can work out where to stick mine?? How would my jack and accessories have been stored - in a the foam? does anyone have a pic of how the spare attaches in the boot? does anyone have a photo of an original 6cyl engine bay? thanks in advance guys Dom

Hi domc,
The fan warning decal was placed on the radiator support panel on Melbourne cars, and on the fan shroud/protector plate on Sydney cars. Not sure about other plants. The part picking label used on radiators was different for each type of radiator used. I have them all in stock. I'm guessing you Prem is a 202 auto, which should have a 'DA' label. I can supply a photo of an original one for you via email. The foam jack kit was used only when the car was equipped with GTS wheels. Otherwise the jack was secured to the spare wheel with the mounting wingnut. Refer to the pics in the Owner's guide or on the bootlid sticker. I can email pics of spare wheels and engine bays.
Regards, Andy. |
