Are a LC 4cyl Toranas foot pedals (clutch, brake & accelerator) and steering column the same as a LC 6cyl model?

I doubt it.
The accelerator pedal is most likely the same, but given that the booster & clutch cable set-up is totally different, it's more than likely that their pedals are also different.
The parts catalogue would be the best judge.
