Would like the paint code for the firewall and boot grey on a HQ

I don't think there is actually a paint code for this. It was called slush black amongst many things, simply a mixture of leftover paint. As far as I am aware it was GMH paint spec S113 but no formula was given for it as it was never the same. You could try doing it yourself by getting black mixed with a few other colours from the day and try it on an old panel, see how it comes out. Others may have already done this and might have a mixture that works. |

Visit your local paint & pannel shop and get them to match the colour. Just curious, was your car built at Acacia Ridge in QLD?
