Hi need help yet again I ve put holden 5l efi in my hk and now I need to change the accelerator from linkage (HK) to cable (VN) to suit new motor has anyone done similar to their car and can share their no how with me any pics forum links etc would be grateful
The only good thing to come in 2l is milk

I used the original VN throttle cable with a HJ Holden pedal. Sorry can not help with links, but it all slotted together reasonably easy.

Look at HJ-WB wrecks, some have bolt in pedal, some are welded in. If you cut out a welded one it still should have the bolt holes in it from memory. Grab the kickdown bracket and switch off an auto car too if you are using an electric kickdown auto eg HQ on trimatic or TH400
