Hi all , can someone tell the difference between these two engines , are the 400's a good engine and do they have good power like the 351's. Are the 400's easy to rebuild and can i put 4v closed hds on them and will they bolt straight in a falcon coupe without changes.
thanks

302-351C = 9.2" deck height
400 = 9.5" deck height

Only compatible parts are water pump and heads practically. 400's a low comp truck motor. Performance parts for the 400 are being brought into production. A 400ci engine wouldn't be a slouch by anyone

Paul.
