Here's a link to a "1967" Hk van the owner swears is a pre release. Would be good to see the manufacturers plates. What are your thoughts?

VIN and BODY Plate plus chassis number will tell all, but HK commercials weren't released until about March 1968 so it is easily possible it was built earlier in 1968 which is totally normal - GMH always started volume production of a new vehicle prior to release. To be a 1967 build it'd have to be not a "pre-release" but a pilot or prototype.

It's all a big con. I don't know how to upload photos here but if you Google "Blue HK Panel Van" an image will come up of the van with Golden Fleece decals on the door that most of you will recognise when they were trying to flog it on ebay a couple of years ago. Its definitely the same van. Nothing rare about it.
