Simple test you can do - check your battery voltage. Had similar issues in the in-law's caprice when the alternator went flakey. Ended up diagnosing it by hooking up a multimeter & checking the voltage when the problems were occurring - anytime it dropped under 11.0V the dash lit up like a Christmas tree.
The ABS module will cause issues with anything on the can-bus (traction, ABS, and even the aircon can stop when it's playing up).
Best bet is to get in contact with Dr Terry, so you can order a replacement module from him. |

Just looking for any new ideas on this problem dr terry is helping but I am desperate to sort this out been a month now and my partner lost her job last night with a uncompromising boss over transport to ever changing work shifts . I canot find any vacuum leaks in hoses am thinking its unlikely that the inlet manifold is leaking but maybe? Or maybe the computer that runs trans because of way it is shifting if anyone has a idea I am up to try it cheers
