Is anyone reproducing these yet, or still in the "too hard basket"?

Davequey74 made some up a while back, I got 1 and was pretty good. Not sure if he'd have any left now. Cheers.

His last post was on 12/11/2013, so looks like he's not active on the forum these days. Bellarine Dave was selling Davequey74's repros a few years ago. Last time I spoke to him about them, he ran out of stock and was to contact Davequey74 to see if he was going to make more. I doubt that he did.

I know a guy in WA who has made about 5 of them to a very high standard. PM me your details and I'll put you in touch with him.

Hi Rhys. I too would like to know how original they look as my car is a competitive "factory authentic" or "Contemporary" category car. Thank you Nick.

Hi Nick and Bob, I've emailed you the details. Here is a photo: It's quite close to the original but with a few minor alterations it'd be spot on. I'm sure he'd be able to make these changes if you asked.

Hi Rhys.
Thank you for the response. I will make contact. I would like it to appear "Factory" as my car is very correct. This valve is a good compromise though. Cheers. Nick.

Is that the VS 10678. The NOS one I have is half way between the 2. Same as the left one in your photos, except the base that bolts up to the box does not have the 2 extra countersunk holes like yours does.

Maybe it isnt so new. Those holes look like someone's drilled them, not factory. So what is a VS10678? Were they a second version or after market thing? Wayne

This one is in a blue and white GM box. Certainly a Holden part at least 30 years old, probably closer to 40 years.

I've just looked at the blue HK parts book and this part is listed as the heater control valve for heaters with a fan. Incidently the HT and HG parts books also list this same part with that same part number. I stand to be corrected but I believe these valves were not fitted to HT or HGs.
