I noticed the tacho in my HK has all white numbers and lines, theres no (orange) redline area. Is it just HK's that have tachos without the redline area?
Thanks . . . Wayne PS: This is the first of several thousand HK related questions from me.

As far as I know the HK had red graduations above 5500rpm, and an orange adjustable needle. Maybe it's been changed.

The ones I have here have a colour change on the graduations at 5500rpm. Not a huge colour change but they do change. |

The replacement decal is no longer purchased since the FULL tachometer was introduced (with the orange graduations from 5500 RPM.) There was only one decal remaining in stock and will be removed and deleted from the product list. The decal was not an item made by Rare Spares but purchased from an outside source as an alternative before the complete Tachometer was made. Along with the rubber boot and fitting kit the complete unit has proved to be very popular.H1057 (6cyl) and H1057A (8Cyl)are the relevant part numbers needed. http://www.rarespares.ne...Page.aspx?product=H1057A
