have to replace a damaged wheel stud on the rear axle.
the old stud will come out easy as its now shorter, however can the new one be put in without pulling the axle out a bit?

You should be able to john u might have to turn the axle to a certain point to get it in.

If it's a drum rear, then as above, you just need to rotate it to a clear area and belt it through. |

OK fixed did not take long.
as a matter of interest found the stud was easiest to fit at about the 5 o'clock position.
