I'd like to run a 9 port red head on my 3.3 blue motor.
Is this doable?
Reason is, I want to run triple Strombergs from a 202.
I found a great finned manifold at Weber Performance, but its for a red head. I don't want to run Webers or SUs, which I can get a manifold for the 3.3.
This engine is in a hot rod, hence the 3 up wright Stromburgs.
Thanks in advance.

You can but water holes are in different spots. Stick a red and blue/black head gasket together and you'll see where the holes that are different are. They can be drilled out on the block, many people I have heard just leave the gasket to seal off the unused holes, others drill and tap the old holes and put a plug in them.

Thank you HK1837.
Sounds like it won't take much work to sort the head out.
May even use a Yella Terra head.
