OK its not really a bottle but is the windscreen washer bottle common to other models apart from I guess vb-vl?
Mine has developed a mysterious leak.

The reservoir radiator & washer units are VB/VC/VH part 92004164 VK is 92017354 and VL 92025028.All are available from Rare Spares. it is probably leaking around the grommet where the washer nozzle tube comes out. Old age makes the plastic brittle in some cases and may crack where they are fitted to the inner skirt.

Most of the difference is the shaping to fit around the strut tower and to the inner panels due to model body shape changes.
