Could anyone tell me if this body number and engine number align as to being likely the original engine for this car. It's a 1971 HG ute.
Body- AHG25419A
Engine- 253H40233
Thanks

Ben says the engine number is ballpark correct for that chassis number.

Is the ute an 802/804 model. This vehicle is the first V8 HG made during the HQ run that I know of, having AHG chassis prefix.
