Hi all. Does anyone have the part number for an original hk holden 307 chev 2 barrel rochester carburetor? More importantly does anyone have one they would part with or know if you can get them new? Thanks

Not exactly where the part number should be, but the one I have here which I think was from a power glide 307 has on the side of the fuel bowl a number which appears to read 703/7/4 in basically an upside down position. There are some unusual marks above the first 7 and the 0. If this is the wrong place to look let me know where else to look for the part number.

There will be auto and manual carbs for these, and you'll want the right one.

That is far easier for you then, as far more 307's in HK-HT were auto than manual.

There is heaps for sale cheap in the US too, search for Rochester 2jet. You'd need to find what numbers are on Holden 307 carbs though. I'll look if I still have any to get numbers, I threw a lot out though 10 years ago when I moved.

Look up www.rockauto.com and enter 7027114 in the search box. They have them and they're pretty cheap.
