What does it mean by when someone says they have a manualised C4? Is this just shifting through the gears?

Yes, you have to manual shift up/down gears. You can throw 1st gear @ 100kph. It's user friendly you might say.


It also gives you a shift that jolts your neck. Harsher than a stage II shift kit. Feels like it'll destroy uni's and diff's pretty well

So you can't use it as a normal auto? Just let it do the work or can it still be used like that?

That's correct.... it's like driving without a clutch but you still need to shift. had one in my chevy a few years ago and was great. The trans was sold to a friend and in it's 11 years of abuse has never needed a rebuild...keep in mind that we usually o

Ive got one in my ford as I have just gotton it, it feels pretty good shifts hard and solid very direct cherp's the wheels every shift to bad if your in front of cops....

Yea I spoke with Transgo shift kit dealer about stage3 he suggested stage2 , same shift (hard and fast) . do not have to shift gears. My transmission guy said good choice going with Transgo as they are hard to beat. A lot better than B&M

stage 2 does it do what its told? for example go down a gear when u want it to

yes a stage 2 can still be driven like a manual but you can also just put it in drive and it will change up and down by itself.
